Benjamin Odize
Benjamin is the visionary founder of Beginess CDC Ltd, driving the company’s mission to deliver sustainable, high-impact solutions across infrastructure, aviation, and enterprise growth. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, and holds two Master’s degrees in Aviation Cybersecurity and Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida, USA. A certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) with over a decade of leadership experience, Benjamin combines technical mastery with business acumen to position Beginess CDC as a catalyst for innovation and development in Nigeria and beyond.
Joseph Odize –
Vice President – Energy & Agriculture
Joseph Odize, CEO of First Watergate Energy, an oil and gas firm with over 17 years of expertise in downstream petroleum supply since 2006. He also leads Odize Nature Farms, promoting sustainable agriculture and community development. With a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Lagos State University, Joseph is a seasoned entrepreneur who has built a strong reputation in energy supply, distribution, and agribusiness leadership, strengthening Beginess CDC’s role across key industries.
Eno Brown – Vice President – Contracts & Communication
Eno Brown is the Vice President of Contracts and Communication at Beginess CDC Ltd, where she oversees client engagement, communication strategies, and contract execution. A Business Administration graduate from the University of Lagos, she previously served as Head of Client Services at Faboa Limited, leading client relationship management, service delivery, and team oversight. She also holds a Diploma in Healthcare Assistance, certifications in HSE Level 2 Risk Management and Fire Safety, and is the MD/CEO of Menzolia Limited. Known for her strategic communication and seasoned management skills, she ensures that Beginess CDC builds strong and trusted stakeholder relationships.
Emmanuel Oluwaseun Famuagun – Vice President – Finance & Strategy
Emmanuel Famuagun, widely recognized as “The Billionaire Advisor,” is a global financial strategist, wealth manager, and entrepreneur. He is the Founder & CEO of Connect SF Capital, with over US $3M in managed transactions, and the Founder of Money Code, which has educated over 10,000 individuals worldwide in financial literacy. A Chemical Engineering graduate of Covenant University, with advanced studies at Lagos Business School, Emmanuel has worked with global firms such as ARM Investment Managers & Pensions, Tangerine Africa, and KyMvest NG Limited. He is a member of the Forbes Black Excellence Society, the first Nigerian recipient of the FiNext Excellence in Finance Education Award (Dubai 2025), and a recognized advisor by the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). At Beginess CDC Ltd, he leads finance and strategic growth initiatives, ensuring sustainability and global competitiveness.
Ololade Titilope Famuagun – Vice President – Education & Community Development
Ololade Titilope Famuagun, a serial entrepreneur and seasoned administrator with over three decades of experience in business leadership, education, and community empowerment. She is the Managing Director/CEO of Dikookaut Nigeria Ltd and the founder of BlueHills Tiny Tots, a nursery and primary school she successfully operated for over 20 years. A graduate of Business Administration, with advanced certifications in Early Childhood Education from the UK, she brings a strong background in organizational management, people development, and social impact initiatives. At Beginess CDC Ltd, Mrs. Famuagun leads the Education and Community Development portfolio, ensuring that the company’s projects integrate social responsibility, human capital development, and long-term community value.
